Absolutely! TimeOut can be configured to manage as many leave policies as you need to cover your entire employee population. What’s more, a single policy has the ability to automatically give additional time as specific anniversaries are reached.

The TimeOut system is designed to support companies that span multiple geographies, so it can be configured with as many holiday tables as you require. It is quite common for our multinational clients to set up unique company holiday tables for each country, state and province.

You can change the display from days to hours via the user preferences. We can set the default to days or hours, depending upon your preference.

There’s no need for a separate account. Administrators can see their own details and make TimeOut requests like any other user.

Yes—but you may find that our HR software products are so flexible, you won’t need additional customization. If you do need a specific set-up, we are happy to work with you to tailor our products to precisely what you need. What’s more, our fees to customize are very reasonable.

Yes. CWS can set up translations for each page into any language. If you want to change the way any specific word or phrase has been translated, an administrator can enter a preferred translation and the change will be automatically displayed.

Yes. Because we license software and handle all maintenance and upgrades in the cloud, all engagements require a standard software license and support agreement.

There is no minimum contract. You can terminate any CWS Software agreement for any reason with 30 days’ notice.

Designed for a mobile workforce, CWS products work on any operating system that can run Edge, Chrome™, Safari® or Firefox®. This includes iPad® and iPhone® devices, as well as Android® and Linux® systems. We also have a mobile app available in the App Store and Google Play.

We take the security of employee and company data very seriously.  CWS conducts an independent annual SOC-2 Type II audit. All client data is kept secure on our servers hosted by Rackspace which holds certifications for ISO 27001, NIST, SOC-2, HIPPA and many other security standards. Data is accessed via our web-based solutions using HTTPS (2048-bit) encryption and all data is encrypted at rest. See our security page for more information.

Yes. We can accommodate single sign-on via any SAML 2.0-compliant authentication program such as Okta, Google or Active Directory.

Yes. Licenses are available to run our compensation management software on your own server. The end user experience is the same whether CWS Software hosts the solution or you host it yourself.
